My story - 2015 EXHIBITION
In an age where information, impressions and thereby influences are spread and shared in an instance, we wondered:
What will root design in the future and will a single design culture be recognizable and able to stand out?
danishdesignMAKERS is an alliance of designers with different nationalities and backgrounds, but all with a strong relation to the danish design culture. We believe that danish design is part of a culture that values honesty, simplicity and functionality.
It is also something with a story worth telling.
My story is our agenda for this year´s exhibition. We have asked 15 designers to tell their own story by creating a single piece of design.
This year danishdesignMAKERS teamed up with RAL Colors. As an extra challenge the designers are bound to implement at least one of five RAL colors into their ideas.
Each story is told by a person - together they tell a story about culture.
